1How do I receive the key after payment?
After Stripe payment we manually send the key to your email. Fastest: send your payment email on WhatsApp and we'll deliver it right away during working hours.
2Are the keys genuine?
Yes — 100% genuine Retail/OEM keys with replacement warranty if a key fails.
3Office 2021 key — does it survive a format?
No. The key activates one device only — if you format your PC or delete Office 2021 you'll need a new key.
4Office 2021 vs Microsoft 365?
Office 2021 is a lifetime key, yours forever (recommended). Microsoft 365 is a private account (email + password just for you) for 1 year — only if 2021 won't work for you.
5Payment methods?
Visa, Mastercard, Apple Pay via Stripe — SAR only.
6Key doesn't work?
WhatsApp us immediately and we'll replace it. Full refunds only if the key was never sent, within 48 hours.
7Can I use one key on multiple PCs?
No — each key is for one device only, as described on the product page.
